Vege Regis was a personal project built around my vegetarian food blog, where I explored recipes, nutrition, and the connection between what we eat and how we feel. The name Vege Regis blends “Vege” for vegetarian with “Regis” derived from the Latin for royal. This inspired a visual language centred on nourishment and elevated simplicity.
The circular logo form references a plate, grounding the design in the world of food, while the colour palette of green and purple carries intentional symbolism: green for freshness and plant-based eating, and purple for its traditional association with royalty, aligning with the “regal” element of the name.
Alongside the logo, I developed a set of promotional card concepts featuring a clean layout, a simple slogan, and the blog website address. These pieces formed the foundation of the brand’s visual identity, balancing approachability with a refined, memorable presence.
